Community guidelines

Effective July 13, 2026. How we expect members and venues to treat each other in Come Say Hi rooms.

Come Say Hi is built for real venues and real respect. These guidelines apply wherever you check in — nightlife, conferences, campuses, mixers, and other gathering places — and to everyone using the Services operated by Let's Meet LLC.

1. Consent first

Interest stays private until it’s mutual (or you’ve set open availability for that visit). Don’t pressure anyone to respond, share contact info, or meet outside the room.

2. Be kind in the room and in the app

Harassment, hate, stalking, or fake profiles aren’t tolerated. If something feels off, use block and report — we review reports and may remove access.

3. Meet safely

Prefer public areas at the venue first. Trust your instincts. Don’t share financial information or leave with someone you just met until you’re comfortable.

4. Fair use of signals

You can reach out to a limited number of people per visit. Saying hi back to someone who signaled you first doesn’t count against that cap — keep the room respectful for everyone.

5. Venue staff & organizers

Partners may set door ages and house rules for their space. Respect venue policies and local law. Staff tools exist to keep sessions safe without babysitting guest phones.
